Yeah, Lara's and Sophia's are from a different line of conversation then the other 3. Daniela's, Yoonchae's, and Megan's are all from the same conversation, discussing their backgrounds and cultural identities.
Sophia's is from later in the interview and in the full quote she mentions them potentially being each other's bridesmaids which derails the conversation into them talking about marriage and children, which is when Lara says the quote in the picture.
