All 4 members of JANUARY were members of Yellow Bee (For more context: Girl Group Yellow Bee’s Agency Announces Disbandment + Member Ari Alleges Sexual Harassment And Neglect From Agency Staff ). They debuted in 2023 with REMEMBER , but have been mostly inactive during 2024 & 2025. Hello, this is JANUARY. First of all, we sincerely thank all the fans who have loved and supported JANUARY for such a long time. JANUARY has reached its 7th anniversary since the members first came together. It is with a heavy heart that we are writing this message to deliver unfortunate news with our fans at such a meaningful milestone. Although we have always done our best to repay the love we received from our fans, due to various realistic circumstances and situations, we have come to the decision that it is no longer possible to continue our group activities. Therefore, we are announcing the official conclusion of JANUARY's activities. As we understand better than anyone the hearts of our fans who have sent us unwavering love and support even during our long hiatus, we are also deeply saddened and apologetic to deliver this news. We had hoped to greet you again in a better light, even if we did not know when that would be, but we felt it was right to convey our sincere farewell rather than making you wait indefinitely. The messages of support and warm hearts you have given us over the years have been a huge source of strength, and we will cherish those precious memories for a long time to come. We are truly sorry and deeply grateful to say our final farewell without being able to fully repay your love. Although our journey as JANUARY ends here, every moment we spent together will remain a precious memory that we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Once again, we sincerely thank all the fans who have cherished and loved JANUARY for the past seven years. We kindly ask for your warm support and interest in the members as they now embark on new paths in their respective places. This has been JANUARY. Thank you.

Omg, the girls were sexually harassed and neglected by staff in their previous group??? That's so sad and messed up :((( Did they stay with that agency/staff or debut elsewhere when they became January? Edited: just checked, they were independent as January. Sad to see that they were trying to continue their dreams but didn't find success:(
